
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the safety of our customers and the protection of our equipment, we have implemented a clear cancellation policy. Please note that we will not proceed with setup if the temperature is below 60°F, wind gusts exceed 25 mph, or there is heavy rain. In the event that these weather conditions prevent us from providing our services, you will be required to reschedule or will be fully refunded.

Refund Policy
We value transparency and aim to provide a clear understanding of our refund policy. If a booking is canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund. However, if the cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the booking date, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage early cancellations when necessary to avoid any inconvenience.
